Onto the recipe, here's what you will need.

  • 3/4 cup of coconut or ginger biscuits, roughly crushed

  • 2 tbsp (30ml) butter, melted

  • 1x packet of granadilla jelly

  • 250ml boiling water

  • 1/2 can (380g) NESTLE Ideal Medium-Fat Evaporated Milk, chilled

  • 250g cream cheese

  • 80ml granadilla pulp, strained

  • 2x limes, juicy and finely grated zest

To serve:

  • Whipped cream

  • Lime Zest Granadilla wedges

  1. Mix crushed biscuits and butter together and arrange in individual serving pots or dishes

  2. Mix the jelly granules and boiling water together, until dissolved and set aside

  3. Mix NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk, NESTLE Ideal Evaporated Milk and cream cheese together until smooth. Add the jelly mixture, granadilla juice and lie juice and zest. Spoon the mixture into the jars and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

  4. Before serving, top with whipped cream, lime zest and granadilla wedges.

It came out tasting exquisite, melting on the tongue and refreshing the mouth, all in the space of two hours (including set time). Nestle Recipes With Love are easy to follow, quick to make and delicious every time.

I took these tart bowls to dinner with my family, needless to say we didn't really need to wash the bowls once every one was done as it was cleaned spotless, they simply couldn't get enough.

Thanks Nestle for giving me a new favourite recipe to add to my collection of desserts on the go as well as making our Women's Day - a delicious one!
